Job Description Insight Global is looking for a skilled Digital Application and eCommerce Developer to drive our digital transformation initiatives. We need a technical expert with extensive knowledge in headless eCommerce engines, payment gateways, and microservice architecture. This individual will lead the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions, ensuring the stability of our eCommerce operations and overseeing the migration of legacy systems to the cloud. This leadership position involves working closely with various teams, especially digital marketing, to design and implement architectural system plans and roadmaps. A solid understanding of the consumer goods industry and a robust IT background are crucial for this role. The salary range for this role is $110-130k depending on experience. Skills and Requirements A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. At least 7 years of experience in the IT field. 3 to 7 years of experience in developing headless user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, REST, and GraphQL APIs, with a strong grasp of microservices-based architecture patterns. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience with Bootstrap, AngularJS, REACT, NoSQL databases, APIs, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Agile Software Development Methodology. 1 to 3 years of prior experience in implementing eCommerce tools and microservices on commerce platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and PHP, along with knowledge of server technologies including Linux, Apache, Node.js, Nginx, and Ruby on Rails. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into sustainable solution designs. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and independently collaborating with business functions to achieve product and project outcomes.
