Application and Infrastructure Project Manager - JD
Application and Infrastructure Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ experience who will manage and lead end to end project Management.
Should be self-sufficient to handle project plan creations, Identify, manage and resolve conflicts related to planning, finance and delivery in coordination with all stakeholders and Clients
Should be ready to work in rotational shifts (US/ Canada Regions)
Ensure the successful delivery of Application and Infrastructure solutions. The role requires coordination across internal and external teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The manager will play a key role in optimizing resources, maintaining high-quality standards, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners to align on project objectives. Ensure appropriate infrastructure resources are available and allocated as needed.
5. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure efficient execution of the project. Monitor and track the team's performance, providing guidance and troubleshooting where necessary.
8. Budget & Resource Management: Create and manage the project budget, ensuring expenditures remain within established limits. Track project costs, resources, and materials, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial targets.
11. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to the infrastructure project. Resolve project issues promptly, escalating them when necessary, to ensure minimal impact on the overall timeline.
14. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, challenges, and potential delays, to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure clear and transparent communication between teams and stakeholders.
18. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that the infrastructure project meets regulatory, compliance, and quality standards. Perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet the desired specifications.
21. Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change requests, and meeting notes. Provide detailed progress reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and completed tasks.
24. Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess the success of the project, capturing lessons learned, and applying insights to future projects. Ensure that the infrastructure is fully operational post-implementation, and any issues are addressed promptly.
