  Application and Service Integrity Manager

Primary location: Krakow, Poland

 

We are seeking an Application & Service integrity Manager for Minerals Digital, Infrastructure & Support team, where selected candidate will ensure that Minerals Digital applications and services are operational, secure and effective

 

This position is located in Poland, Krakow including hybrid options (3 days in a week work in the office).

 

 

What you'll do

IT Operational responsibility of selected Minerals Digital applications and services User management in selected Minerals Digital applications and services Monitor the availability and operational health of the Minerals Digital applications and services Consult, Design, Develop and oversee the application and services Service Recovery plans Provide technical expertise on operational architecture, solutions, and controls for Digital infrastructure and Support -services. Schedule and agree software and security upgrades for applications and services with other stake holders in Metso Minerals 

 

 

Other responsibilities

Operate and manage Metso Digital Incident and service request tickets Participate and support infrastructure teams in incident -, service- and  change management related to Minerals Digital applications and services

 

Your qualifications & experience

Proven experience in application and services operations Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to adopt and implement IT Operations best practices. At least 5-8 years’ experience in various IT Operations roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud and software development and security risks Familiarity with ITIL and SDLC methodologies is a plus.

 

Collaboration and stakeholders

Extremely close co-operation of Metso Digitals teams in software development and Equipment/Process performance teams
