Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization. Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence. Drive continuous engineering and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Design resilient and reliable distributed systems using modern architectural best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards. Champion secure software development practices, ensuring safe, robust, and resilient systems. Oversee application lifecycle management and ensure structured decommissioning of end-of-life products.
