Responsibilities Recommend/ define the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing systemsEnsure the alignment of application systems with the organization's overall technology strategy and business goals.Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements.Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Mentor and train development teams on new technologies and best practicesOther duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
10 Years’ experience in developing enterprise solutions5 Years’ experience in project managementBachelor’s Degree – Any fieldMust be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree In Business Administration
• Certification In Application Development
• Certification In Systems Engineer

Must possess problem-solving skillsExceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgencyProficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one timeAbility to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in natureMust be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team
