Application Architect Adobe Analytics
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect Adobe Analytics opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 10 months Duties: Deep understanding and experience with implementing Journeys and Campaigns within Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO) Offer and Offer Libraries, including decisioning scope. Develop personalized offers by defining content, eligibility rules, and constraints within the Centralized Offer Library. Utilize a decision engine to apply predefined rules and constraints, leveraging real-time customer profiles to select and present the most appropriate offers to each individual. Develop and implement personalized content and offers by using Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) and AJO Offers Library. Configure offer capping arbitration across journeys and campaigns. Understand AJO and Workfront APIs and have the ability to integrate AJO with external systems, channels, and DAM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of personalized offers and campaigns. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to offer management and integration with external systems. Skills: Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO), Adobe DAM, and Adobe Campaign. Expertise in offer and content management, including eligibility rules, constraints, and real-time customer profiling. Experience with integrating AJO with external systems, channels, and digital asset management systems. Proficient in configuring offer capping arbitration across multiple journeys and campaigns. Familiarity with AJO and Workfront APIs and integration methodologies. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Solid understanding of data privacy and compliance standards. Experience: Extensive experience with Adobe Journey Orchestrator (AJO) and Adobe Campaign, specifically around offers and campaigns. Experience in developing and implementing personalized offers and content within a centralized offer library. Proven track record in API integration, specifically with AJO and Workfront. Experience in managing and integrating with DAM systems, such as Adobe DAM. Experience configuring offer capping arbitration across journeys and campaigns. Background in working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
