Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** * Design and build visually appealing dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics, creating user-friendly reports that clearly present complex data for various teams * Develop and maintain documentation for data visualization processes, tools, and best practices. * Regularly enhance visualization methods and tools to boost data story telling, efficiency and effectiveness. * Keep informed about the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and analytics. * Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and insights that support business decision-making **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms. * Strong experience in data management, including querying databases (SQL) and handling large datasets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear insights. * Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical audiences * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field * Proven experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or data analytics roles
