About the Role

Responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining both new and existing applications. This involves working closely with multifunction and business teams to ensure timely delivery of applications while adhering to IT Governance requirements.

Develop high-quality code by adhering to established guidelines and efficiently resolving any issues that arise.Lead system enhancements of low to medium complexity to meet business needs while following standard processes and IT compliance policies.Coordinate with multi-functional teams, such as project managers, business analyst to deliver top-notch web solutions.Address timely technical issues, provide innovative solutions, and ensure the scalability and resilience of web applications.Coordinate with IT Business Analysts to collaborate with business users and functional management, enhancing IT Application Systems to align with business needs, with support from the line manage.Provide required support to the reporting management when attending on the IT risks and audit compliance related activities.Provide application support for overall required system testing process.Ensure availability of user documentation required for maintenance of the IT Application SystemsEnsure applications are developed and transferred to production environments in compliance to the AIA standards.Offer technical support for Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities and special tasks related to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR). Effectively address incidents and queries from users.
