Application Architect ServiceNow

**CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect – ServiceNow opening for our client in Kirkland, WA.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 8 months
**Duties:**
+ Lead the architecture and strategic design of ServiceNow applications and modules, particularly focused on HR Service Delivery.
+ Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
+ Serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders, offering recommendations on platform capabilities, enhancements, and best practices.
+ Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define architectural standards and delivery expectations.
+ Oversee development and implementation efforts, ensuring solutions meet performance and scalability requirements.
+ Support complex ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless interoperability.
+ Document solution architecture and system design, maintaining alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
**Skills:**
+ Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
+ Expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and related modules.
+ Strong skills in integration patterns and system interoperability (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs).
+ Ability to develop and maintain solution documentation and architecture diagrams.
+ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
+ Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Experience:**
+ Proven experience with large-scale ServiceNow delivery projects and complex integrations.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead architectural design and implementation efforts.
+ Strong track record of providing strategic recommendations on ServiceNow solutions to enterprise clients.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
**Certifications Required:**
+ **ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – HR** (Required)
+ **ServiceNow System Administrator** (Preferred)
+ **ServiceNow UI Builder** (Preferred)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00/hour to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
