Introduction:

In this role, you will have full responsibility for our Engineering, Application and Solutions Center to support all South American countries. Your objectives involve driving transformation in several key areas of our business:

Project ManagementMechanical, electrical, software and automation designs towards standardized solutionsSimulations and digital twinsActively drive cost efficiencies through value engineering designs, standardization, effective material negotiations and process efficiencies such that they can be quantified and drive positive financial results to the bottom line.Streamlining our portfolioDeveloping solutions to support new businessesAccelerating competence development and integrating new technologies into product portfolioEnsuring close cooperation with other application centers worldwide

Reporting Customer Center Brazil´s General Manager and VP Business development, your mission is to provide strategic and tactical support to our customers and business lines, aligned with our local mission of being easy to do business with, fostering a strong culture of inclusion, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive Customer Success: Provide solutions that maximize our customers' return on investment, shorten lead times, and achieve high NPS.Improve Business Results: Maintain close contact with business lines and other APCs, supporting sales, and continuously driving for efficiency, cost control, and additional project scope.Focus on Team Success: Emphasize competence, training, and development of the team. Experience & Skills:

Engineering degreeFluency in English and good proficiency in SpanishPrevious experience in project management (PMO)Technical competence to validate designs and solutionsBusiness/commercial acumenPrevious experience in automationStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsProven track record in driving innovation and continuous improvementsAvailability to travel, including internationally
