**What You’ll Be Doing**
You’ll be joining CIBC’s Enterprise Technology team to design solutions in the Client Operations Technology (COT) group for the Arrow application. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering CIBC Enterprise Requirements Methodology (CERM) work packages for complex projects and acting as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You will provide data and insights to our partners to drive business cases, decision making, costing, and solutioning. You will collaborate with a diverse team to build innovative solutions while developing a complete understanding of business processes to deliver an optimal client experience.
**How You’ll Succeed**
+ **Understanding Requirements:** Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
+ **Designing the Right Solutions:** Assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
+ **Managing Time and Priorities:** Maintain a high standard of quality while prioritizing urgent requests, balancing efficiency and accuracy to meet critical deadlines.
+ **Leading and Mentoring:** Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
**Who You Are**
+ **You have a degree/diploma in** Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field, and you’ve spent at least 3-5 years in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions. You have strong experience in FeedHub and AutoSys configuration. You have a strong understanding of Business Analysis practices, roles and standards and of Application and/or Architecture Development. Knowledge of back-office operations, clearing, reconciliation, and settlement systems such as CDS and DTC is an asset.
