Role Overview: CTG is seeking passionate and motivated consultants to work on cutting-edge Microsoft D365 projects. This role will support Supply Chain for Microsoft D365 and play a pivotal role in the entire implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Identifying customer needs and designing solutions using standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 features. Conducting Fit-Gap analyses and preparing blueprints. Developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Providing input to developers for customizations and integrations. Supporting customers during transitions, including training key users, validating solutions, and implementing migration plans. Guiding customers successfully before and after go-live. Qualifications: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / AX implementations. Expertise in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Sales & Marketing. Knowledge of the Project Module is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and hands-on mentality. Result-driven with a keen eye for risk and quality. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with clients and colleagues. Proactive, flexible, and stress-resistant with a strong ambition to contribute to our success story. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
