What You Will Do
As an Application Customer Support specialist, you will serve as a vital liaison between our customers and Trimble, providing enterprise-level support for our products and services. Your role will involve answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating escalation procedures, and contributing to the delivery of support, training, and other related processes. This position is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring the effective use of our applications.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Bachelor or Associate degree in business with an emphasis in business, accounting,
construction management or other relevant discipline.
Strong understanding of general business, accounting and HR principles.
Intermediate level of experience with core MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Prior experience in customer support or a related role.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Passion for technology and software solutions.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer-centric mindset.
Bonus points for any of the following:
Accounting experience.
Construction experience and/or Construction accounting experience.
Basic SQL exposure.
Prior ERP experience.
Experience using Spectrum or Vista.
Being the person that everyone else brings their technical problems to.

About Your Location
Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Construction Sector and works collaboratively across the Support teams.
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
