Responsibilities:
Maintain effective governance and reporting regimes for the IT application portfolio to ensure alignment with business needs and stakeholder understanding.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver consistent service levels.Provide expert consultancy and support for application development, especially during major incidents, to meet business needs effectively.Manage budgeted resources effectively, anticipate expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility.Support the implementation of IT strategy to meet overall business targets and ensure alignment of external services with strategic objectives.Lead technical discussions, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure vendor staff deliver to standards and SLAs.Handle complex issues, escalate when necessary, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Provide mentoring and ensure knowledge transfer to outsourced vendors for effective service delivery.Work Experience:
