Candidates must exhibit the following key skills:Strong Asset Management development expertise is essential combined with a deep knowledge of the Maximo portfolio (5+ years). Sound understanding of package implementation methodologiesAbility to analyse and undertake risk assessment and mitigation treatments of complex changesClient facing / consultant experienceStrong Functional skills across the entire asset and work management lifecycleStrong configuration skills, e.g. Java, Automation Scripts, SQL, Reporting and Maximo configurationStrong skills in analysis, design and problem-solving skillsAbility to produce and/or contribute to documentation of high-qualityUnderstanding of package implementation methodologiesConsistently working as part of a project team focused on client success
