Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Application Developer for the Office of Information Technology. Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud and providing ongoing support for both Oracle HCM Cloud and legacy Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. The role will focus on ensuring a smooth transition to Oracle HCM Cloud while maintaining critical PeopleSoft HCM functionalities until full migration is completed.
Among the key duties of this position are the following: Responsibilities include, design, develop and implement Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and HCM Data Loader (HDL) solutions to meet business needs. Support ongoing system optimizations, quarterly updates, and new feature adoption in Oracle HCM Cloud. This position will also provide day-to-day support to UHR and Payroll as well as troubleshoot production problems and provide Help Desk support. Will provide subject matter and technical expertise to junior staff. FLSA Exempt Grade 07 Salary Details Minimum Salary 104490.00 Mid Range Salary 132183.00 Maximum Salary 159875.00 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the university’s broader compensation structure.
