Responsible for working within the production support team of the U.S. Money Movement system group of Employee Financial Services (EFS) to guide reported issues to resolution and implement impactful solutions that support companies with one to millions of employees. Work with and support a mix of internal and external clients, product managers, architects, software engineers, and more. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write application programs, unit test and quality test the code, configure, and deploy software to the production systems. Work closely with the team and have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions and leverage relevant expertise with code complexities. Balance the assigning of user stories through prioritization and consideration of the technical interests of each developer on the team. Utilize SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and have a firm grasp on all the technical aspects of ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study and five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience. Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: ABAP programming and development; Dialog programming; user-exists; ALV; BADI's; RFC's; ODATA; OData/JSON/RESTFUL data models; SAP HANA; CDS views; Functional testing; FI-GL, Cash Management, FS-CD modules of SAP application; BDC’s; and BAPI’s.
