Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** • Understand high level requirements and provide technical support in developing detailed requirements and business rule conditions for the Client projects. • Perform impact analysis to existing client applications and document the impacted components during Elaboration phase. • Perform feasibility analysis of the requirements for the application to determine the best approach for technical implementation. • Creating and maintaining database structures, including tables, relationships, views, indexes, and stored procedures. **Required technical and professional expertise** · Two years’ experience as a database developer in a MMIS environment · Two years’ experience working for a government or private state health care payer · Working knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations/standards and industry standards and best practices · Ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations and interviews · Ability to work in team environment **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Two years’ experience as a database developer in a MMIS environment · Two years’ experience working for a government or private state health care payer · Working knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations/standards and industry standards and best practices · Ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations and interviews · Ability to work in team environment
