CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer RPA opening for our client in Atlanta, GA. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define RPA solutions. Develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. Ensure best practices in RPA development, including security, compliance, and performance optimization. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing automation solutions. Monitor RPA performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Document technical specifications, workflows, and process changes. Train and mentor junior team members on RPA technologies and best practices. Skills: Expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, VBA, etc.). Experience with database management and SQL queries. Solid understanding of project management principles. Ability to design end-to-end RPA solutions that align with business needs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience: Experience in RPA development and implementation. Hands-on experience with solution design, implementation, and testing of RPA projects. Experience in performance monitoring and optimization of automated workflows. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
