Application Developer ServiceNow
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer ServiceNow opening for our client in Texas. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties: Develop, implement, and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer to create and manage workflows. Implement incident and case management processes within the ServiceNow environment. Develop Out-of-Box and custom JavaScript solutions for ServiceNow applications. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Case Management, and related workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and workflows. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in development and design. Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management and Case Management modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly within the ServiceNow environment. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer for workflow creation. Knowledge of ServiceNow out-of-box functionality and ability to extend features using custom code. Ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the ServiceNow environment. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically with Incident Management, Case Management, and Flow Designer. Proven experience in JavaScript development within ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and out-of-box solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
