HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:   

You will join our talented Business Solutions Team. Our project is built on a multi-tier architecture including Service Oriented architecture, multi-tier web applications using Java and various other COTS products.  You will be an  empowered team member who deploys GDIT’s methodologies and best practices to work with members of assigned Company business units to elicit, organize, document and validate business rules, functional and non-functional requirementsYou will support the formulation of solutions for client business problems.You will determine and apply appropriate analysis skills in order to elicit, organize, document and validate business rules and functional/non-functional requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:    

  

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in related technical field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience:  

Eight+ years of experience in analysis and design on application development projects in a Business Analyst role preferably in a large-scale environmentOne (1)+ year New York State experience

Preferred Experience:

Affordable Care Act (ACA) experience in the areas of Eligibility and Enrollment experienceFederal and state compliance and regulations experience. One (1)+ year of Healthcare, Medicaid, and/or Health Exchange Industry experience is a plus.
