HM Health Solutions Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Application Development Consultant position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) to be responsible for providing complex architecture and technical designs including data mapping and process modeling. Other duties include: (i) coordinating with user groups to identify solutions and improve business processes as well as implementing process and system changes, system training, and other user-focused activities; (ii) conducting analysis, providing estimates based on technical component changes, and planning the installation of enhancements, integrations, and other systems changes; and (iii) scanning and debugging complex technology to maintain optimum system performance.
Must have a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related position. Alternate requirement: bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the above-noted disciplines or a related field plus seven (7) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.
With a Master’s degree, must have five (5) years of experience with each of the following: (i) Pega; (ii) Oracle; (iii) SQL; (iv) Harvest; (v) Webservices; (vi) XML; (vii) CSS; and (viii) Java and JavaScript.
With a bachelor’s degree, must have seven (7) years of experience with each of the following: (i) Pega; (ii) Oracle; (iii) SQL; (iv) Harvest; (v) Webservices; (vi) XML; (vii) CSS; and (viii) Java and JavaScript.
Experience can be concurrent.
