Fib and metrology expertDevelop innovative solutions and qualify the new techniques and application using FIB toolsEvaluate FIB tools capability. Define and implement the solutions to address the gapsComplex problem-solving; ability to take a new perspective on existing solutionsDevelop and publish best known method (BKM) procedures including, sample preparation (filling, coating) and Fib conditions.Develop robust methodology for quality and TPT improvement including on tool automationDevelop analytic methods and generate summary, conclusion and insights from the resultsInterfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements, analysis and schedule

Experience

Bachelor or Master Engineering degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics or Material ScienceMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in handling Dual beam FIB, EDX, Sample Preparation toolsUnderstand Semiconductor devices, structures and processesDemonstrate strong analytical skills, in-depth troubleshooting capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProgramming skills is a plus

U.S. Salary Range:

$120,000.00 - $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
