Motorcycle and Powersports application and verification, evaluation, and e-Scooter testing related tasks, function modules including ARAS (Advanced Rider Assistance Systems) / MSC (Motorcycle Stability Control) / ABS and so on.
Provide innovation, supporting engineering, and expertise competency to segments with high efficiency and effectiveness.
Establishing personal Motorcycle and Powersports ARAS/MSC/ABS application capability, furthermore improving application competency aligned with global central engineering.
Ensure fulfillment of specific requirements from customers.

1．Projects and Process
• Data acquisition and parameter-setting tuning for Radar-rider-assistance-system according to Bosch and customer specifications.
• Vehicle integration and performance evaluation for ARAS function
• Ensures / requests availability of appropriate support for other region/location according to customer requirement.
• Ensures process compliance with related Process in BOSCH and related regulation.
• Enable to complete projects for different functions.

2．Customer
• Understand customer up-to-data requirement for application.
• Interface with customers to develop and specify requirements.
• Implement system application according to customer's requirement.
• Buildup good communication with customer and could analysis and build up customer's Know-How.

3．Know-How & Training
• Develops personal Motorcycle ARAS/MSC/ABS application skills and overview of system.
• Build up fully understanding for whole system each module by each module.
• Accomplish and master Engineering training, achieve training target from superiors or managers.
• Organize application or other knowledge training to new employee, and transfer Know-How to new employee.

4. Riding Skill and Safety
• Continuously improve personal riding/driving skill in safety scope.
• Following Bosch internal license process and achieve personal annual target

1. 本科或以上学历，电气，自动化，车辆工程及相关专业；
Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Automotive Engineering or related

2. 英语CET-4或以上，流畅的英文书写及口语能力；
Fluent English in both spoken and written, CET4 or above.

3. 了解汽车或摩托车结构及车辆动态等基础知识.
Familiar with passenger car or motorcycle structure and vehicle dynamics.

4. 熟悉C语言及雷达系统
Familiar with C-language and Radar system

5. 优先考虑：
• 具有车辆驾驶辅助系统及安全系统方面的经验或知识，如：高级车辆辅助驾驶系统 / 防抱死刹车系统或牵引力控制系统.
Experience with automotive assistance systems and safety systems (e.g. - advanced vehicle assistance systems / anti-lock brakes system / traction control).
• 具备运动车辆驾驶经验.
