EFI is looking for an Application Engineer to join our Inkjet Business in our Castellon office.

 

Job Description:

 

Management and development of application tests (fluids, printers, printheads, new materials, etc…) Support to engineering in new developments and ideas to improve the current ones (also installation and start-up when ready and feedback for improvements) Support to Advance Team with developments (installation and start-up, feedback for improvements) Start-up of new developments, in EFI and on the field, beta and if needed first/s units Training service/production team on new developments Support on complex problems in the field if required (application and developments) Generation and management of samples and demos Maintenance of assets in the Castellon plant. Support other dept if needed, service, Business Dev support

Job Requirements: 

Minimum 5 years related industry experience in a service environment providing technical services and support Willingness and ability to travel internationally Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills. Experience with digital print environments, equipment and software. Proficiency in colour management theory and practice. Experience with computer operating systems. Superior communication and listening skills, to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills Fluent in English language Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment, and work well under pressure
