Skills related to the use of carbon dioxide for pH adjustment and/or pure oxygen for biological treatment are required. This role provides engineering and project support related to system design, proposals, project scoping, and execution of water treatment projects with a focus on critical manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will also have significant experience with identification and sizing of equipment used in water treatment applications, such as pumps, valves, piping, tanks and electrical components. **_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…_** Provide creative and advanced engineering support for system design, proposal preparation, project scoping, and execution of water treatment projects, with a focus on biological wastewater treatment systems utilizing pure oxygen and/or drinking water systems utilizing carbon dioxide. Prepare technical scopes of work, including equipment design, sizing, and cost estimates. Partner with Technical Sales Managers to support technical sales and document preparation. Assist in preparing bids, project development, design, and implementation of new treatment opportunities. Work with the application of existing and new technologies to treat various water-related contaminants in waste and potable water, industrial process water, and environmental remediation projects. **_Your Education Should Be…_** BSdegree in Engineering, chemical, civil, environmental or mechanical preferred. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites.
