\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will act as the lead technical resource in customer and partner engagements, working closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising applications to improve system performance and efficiency.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\tAct as the lead technical resource for customer and partner engagements.\n\tWork closely with customers and sales teams to define needs, solve application fit challenges, and develop bespoke solutions.\n\tCollaborate with data centre operators and stakeholders to understand system architecture, performance goals, and data requirements.\n\tWrite detailed specifications for applications and process automation based on customer requirements.\n\tAnalyse operational data and apply analytical models to identify trends, optimise performance, and predict potential issues.\n\tDesign, develop, test, debug, and deploy applications using programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.\n\tMaintain and update applications to ensure ongoing functionality and alignment with customer needs.\n\tProvide feedback and recommend enhancements to improve solutions based on customer insights.\n\tEnsure the quality, scalability, and alignment of engineered solutions with business objectives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technologies to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\tProficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.\n\tAt least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing technical role.\n\tSelf-motivated, reliable, and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.\n\tBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n\nDesired Skills & Experience:\n\n\n\tExperience with data collection, processing, and modelling, preferably in data centre environments or similar technical fields.\n\tFamiliarity with GraphQL for crafting efficient queries and JSONata for data analysis and organisation.\n\tKnowledge of application integration, including BACnet and/or Modbus protocols.\n\tUnderstanding of IT networking, remote access technology, IP routing, VMware implementation, and cloud services.\n\nSalary & Location:\n\n\n\tLocation: This role is open to candidates based in the EU or UK, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, where we have offices and subsidiaries\n\tSalary: Competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and location.\n\tStart Date: Immediate\n\tHire Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire\n\tBenefits: Full benefit package to include stock options.\n\n\nTO APPLY
