JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with global team to provide technical service and troubleshooting for customers.Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers and external partners to understand their needs and requirements.Conduct Laboratory works and perform material analysis/demonstration to address customer requests and project needs.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to engage with key accounts and the value chain, identifying product value propositions and long-term technology trends.Coordinate with quality team to meet customer requirements and drive quality improvement.QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material science or related fields.Self-motivation, quick learner, and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Over 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor industry with knowledge of semiconductor fabrication or advanced packaging processes.Expertise in relevant area of technology, such as PI/PBO passivation or photoresist applications.Proven experiences in technology or application development.Hands-on experiences in laboratory management, lithography equipment and material analysis operation.Effectively communicate to global organization based on different PCFs needs.Fluent in communications with Mandarin and English.Ability to travel overseas as required.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
