Qualifications:

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, pytest) Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools Ability to design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions Experience working with different databases  Knowledge of UX principles and experience with front-end development Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to overcome challenges Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, adaptable, and persistent in achieving goals and delivering results

Preferred Skills:

Experience with version control tools like Git Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Solid understanding of standards development or software compliance frameworks Exposure to AI tools and their application in process improvement Understanding of API integrations and software architecture principles
