Application Engineer (Hotline) for Laboratory Division

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Hotline customer support in term of Analytical instrument troubleshoot, application, chemical reaction.Online support, training and seminar.Manage claim process via QN and internal cooperation.Support sales in term of application, chemical reaction and offer suitable instrument for customer. Consulting, solving problem and suggestion for laboratory instrument for online. Develop, improve project and finalize before handover to the customer. Being able to work under high pressure.
Qualifications:Bachelor or Master’s degree in Science, Chemistry is preferable. Experience in technical support 1-3 years in Analytical Instrument are preferable. Excellence in communication and presentation skills and logical thinking skills. Have a good decision and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character. English communication is required. Able to use computer especially MS Office, Window, Internet, IT knowledge is advantage (cloud, network, database). Able to travel both of upcountry and oversea. Have an own car with valid driving license.
