Program Participants will develop the skills and competencies to support variable speed drive and/or electrification applications in support of our North American customer base. The intent of this program is to develop a team who can win market share by solving customer issues with a technical approach. Application areas include Electrification, Water, HVAC, and Heavy Industries. The initial location for the Trainees will be Loves Park, IL. Upon successful completion of the trainee program, the trainee will have the opportunity to move into several potential positions including Pre-Sales Application engineering, Application Development Center support, Post-Sales Application engineering or other areas as applicable. Future location will depend on the positions available at the time of program completion. **Job Responsibilities** + The program will provide a framework for the Trainees, but success will be driven by the self motivation and accomplishments of the trainee.
