Your responsibilites
· Provide product and application based technical customer service to Sensor Product customers via phone calls, emails, chat, and video conferencing.
· Provide product selection and installation support and find creative solutions to customer issues.
· Provide training to Internal and external customers on how to use platform that hosts the sensors products data.
· Collaborate with application engineers on relevant and skill level appropriate projects.
· Engage in Lean continuous improvement projects focused on engineering processes and product design.
· Conduct platform and products testing.
· Support product management on generating new platform business requirements.
· Collaborate with application engineers focusing on product performance.
· Create python scripts as needed to facilitate customers’ requests and make daily tasks more efficient.
Your background
· Currently enrolled in a Computer Information Systems or Electrical Engineering bachelor's degree program from an accredited university in the United States
· Must be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the US
· Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving
· Collaborates well with others and is a good team player
· Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for new and changing ideas
· Familiar with MS Office and python.
· Ability to adapt and multi-task based on departmental needs
· Enjoys working with data.
· Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
