Application Lead, Passive Fire Protection - Paroc Technical Insulation

About the position

 

Application Lead for Passive Fire Protection will define the vision and strategy for product and solution offerings, aligning with Paroc Technical Insulation business strategy. This role involves leveraging market insights, understanding customer needs, and utilizing internal capabilities to develop and maintain a cutting-edge product platform. Responsibilities include development of innovative, best-in-class Passive Fire Protection systems that set new benchmarks for performance and competitiveness in HVAC and Industrial segments, translating complex data into actionable insights, and contributing to promotional efforts.

 

What does success look like? 

 

Aligning product strategies with business objectives and market needs Acting as the primary contact for PFP applications, maintaining a comprehensive view of trends, strategy, and needs Translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights Identifying and promoting customer value and developing commercial unique selling points Delivering development projects on time and effectively, with stakeholder buy-in Ensuring that product and solution offerings comply with all relevant rules, standards, and regulations in PFP application areas

Business requirements

 

Minimum bachelor’s degree in HVAC, process engineering, construction or similar technical field > 5 years experience in PFP product development field Construction, manufacturing, or commercial experience is an advantage Professional in English, written and spoken Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred experience:

 

> 3 years experience in leading mid- and large-scale projects Change management experience
