What you will doYou will have accountability for day-to-day administration support of the PGIM specific beqom Compensation application.
The accountability will generally consist of the following:
Support daily monitoring of production integrations, including troubleshooting.
Support testing of (a) new integrations and/or (b) new enhancements, including test planning, test data planning, and test execution – test data planning includes planning data for specific test scenarios, maintaining data related test documentation, including test libraries used in the automated testing; test execution includes staging data, running scripts, and running automated testing suites.
Support coordination and stakeholder communication re: production issues, with associated parties.
Support the buildout of our beqom Compensation application knowledge database.
Support business analysis efforts for competing PGIM-specific projects and implementations as needed. This may include collecting and documenting business requirements, analyzing impacts and interdependencies of systems/configurations, partnering with technology teams to translate business needs into streamlined system designs, providing quality review of functional specifications, and coordination/execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
This role will be a hybrid work arrangement based out of our Letterkenny, Ireland location.
What you can expectProviding daily support in a fast-paced production environment where there is a need for consistent attention to data details and partnering with global HR teams in local regions. Data integrity and accuracy is a critical aspect of this function, therefore, this position will support quality assurance and testing on a regular and ad hoc basis.Support the businesses endeavors for continuous process improvement and simplification to regular processes, with a goal of yielding operational efficiencies and / or an improved user experience.Perform regular data hygiene checks, while also correcting any data variances versus source systems.Documentation of processes, both existing and future.Partner with the internal technology team(s) that manages system integration files, providing lights-on support and triaging of new issues.Address / resolve production issues and related recovery efforts.What you will bringTechnical analyst skills and the ability to use insights to drive process improvements, particularly related to data and systems.Critical and creative thinking, with the ability to think broadly and make connections across multiple programs, processes, systems, and domains.A strong background in systems, configuration, data and integrations management.Oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively flex style and approach based on the audience (e.g., leadership, vendors, technology support, executives, participants)Risk management and control mentality.An investigative mindset that is genuinely curious to know all the details for driving well-thought solutions.What will set you apart?Experience with production support within a technology and/or data setting, particularly in a large and nuanced global organization.Ability to present and clearly explain technical information to non-technical audiences.Experience with large, complex organization process management.Experience in technology or HR Operations.Experience supporting HR Systems*PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
