Application & Product Specialist - Near Patient Care

The Position

The Opportunity

Enable customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth startup and rollout of application work throughout the contract.

Continuously improving processes related to customer trainings and case handling.

Strategic partner to sales by bringing the perspective of the near patient care experts at the customer site.

Your Responsibilities

Customer training and support.Proposes innovative approaches to trainings leveraging regional and global initiatives (eLearnings, other).Provide product and application specialist skills and knowledge.Continuously stays updated on product knowledge and developments related to application including competition.Gather insights and contribute to commercial activities.Ensure Roche is the product of choice in frame agreements.

Who you are

University Degree or equivalent in relevant field (Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Medicine, Nursing or relevant).

5 years of experience from working with solutions for Near Patient Care (NPC) preferably both in a company and in a hospital/healthcare setting. 

Strong communication, training and presentation skills.

You have a keen interest or experience in digital solutions for example: near patient care middleware/ data management systems etc.

Proficient in Swedish and English (spoken & written).

Good understanding of the Swedish healthcare system.

Travelling with overnight stays, mainly within Sweden for customer training, installations, meetings, etc. but also abroad if needed for congresses or learning about our solutions. Travel is planned in advance for larger projects but flexibility will also be required at some times to step in for a colleague or for more urgent needs.
