What you’ll do: * Handle operations and support tasks and ensure that applications you are responsible for run smoothly and reliably * Perform development tasks for the applications you are responsible for * Handle deployments/releases * Monitor, update, and maintain existing Productive and Testing environments * Maintain system availability rate of 99,5% for Productive environment * Troubleshoot, and resolve any reported problems * Provide application performance tuning * Document and analyze problems * Maintain system documentation * Enable best practices & process automation * Collaborate with hardware, OS, DBA technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environment * Work closely vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications * Fully responsible for problem management activities such as issue resolution and root cause analysis * Daily monitoring and maintenance activities Skills and experiences: * Expertise and experience in managing .NET applications. * Primary skill: .NET, React, SQL, GIT, Release management * Knowledge of Windows Services and Services Oriented Architecture and integrations is desirable * Knowledge of Windows Server Operation System * Experience with SQL * Experience on failover, high availability, disaster recovery, business continuance. * Good knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities on connectivity issues due to firewall, load balancer, proxy, and others. * Network protocols basic understanding * Ability in supporting, maintaining, and administering applications * Experience in Telecommunication sector is a big plus About you: Characteristics that can spell success for this role * Problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools * Strong customer services and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative * Embrace challenges with a keen intellect and a thirst for knowledge * Collaborate seamlessly, fostering open and effective communication * Embrace creativity and explore groundbreaking solutions * Stay ahead of the curve, anticipating what lies ahead and adapting to the latest advancements Enjoy your career Some of the best things about working at Avanade * Opportunity to work for Microsoft’s Global Alliance Partner of the Year (14 years in a row), with exceptional development and training (minimum 80 hours per year for training and paid certifications) * Real-time access to technical and skilled resources globally * Dedicated career advisor to encourage your growth * Engaged and helpful coworkers genuinely interested in you A great place to work As you bring your skills and abilities to Avanade, you’ll get distinctive experiences, limitless learning, and ambitious growth in return.
