IOL Application Specialist serves as a medical expert in cataract field to provide day-to-day application support to sales team and customers in assigned regions. 

Maintain clinical expertise to provide consultancy and support on marketing strategy and activity.

Work is performed under the general direction of IOL Business Manager.

Education / 教育背景

Master degree (and above) in Ophthatlmology. Major in Cataract field is preferred.

Or Medical Bachelor degree and 2 years cataract clinical working experience as an ophthalmologist.

Experience /经验

Bachelor: 2+ years  cataract clinical experience

Master and above: Not necessary.

Candidates with comprehensive  clinical caract knowledge and experience is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills: good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.  Communicate technically advanced subjects with customers on all levels.

Quick learning ability:  Incorporating new technologies and quickly transfer expertise.

Problem solving ability: Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions.

English skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking

Willing to business trip frequently

Quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and complaints

            Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

­Support on market information, sales training, marketing activities and sales aids  

­Provide external after-sales application training to customer in assigned regions to ensure value perception and customer satisfaction of Zeiss IOL product.    

­Work closely with KOL , reference site and VIP customers in assigned regions to support on clinical study, product trial, training seminar, guru visit, and publication & presentation, etc.
