Your role:

Increase customer satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuative education for high-end systems, thereby optimize customer training experienceIncrease efficacy of sales through competent application consultancy and supportProfessional application support to quickly process and resolve complex customer tickets, escalations and complaints, incl. error diagnosis and repair, image and signal quality troubleshootingCustomer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, incl. adjustment of system parameters; image and signal quality troubleshootingImplementation of new methods and clinical workflows at customer system to expand customer portfolio

Your expertise/ skills:

BSc/MSc in related subject of Biomedical ScienceAt least 3 years of professional experience in clinical segment of Magnetic Resonance in Siemens Healthineers Systems Knowledge of Computed Tomography in Siemens Healthineers systems will be considered as a plusExcellent Business English & MS Office Fluency in Greek languageComfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsStrong communication skills, with a team player mindsetAbility to travel

The position is based in either Athens or Thessaloniki.
