Summary
Work under general of the Application Manager. Responsible for the pre-sales and after-sale support of light microscope and Confocal products in South China. Cooperate with the sales and service team in South China to promote the sales of light microscope and Confocal microscope products.
Requirements
-Product and Application Skills: Has sufficient product knowledge and can conduct Routine and Standard pre-sales and after-sales work;
-Product Range Knowledge: Has knowledge of specific products within a system class and the related application area;
-Product Complexity Knowledge: Knows principles on configurations and technical interdependencies;
-Business Understanding: Has a knowledge of business key points;
-Process Understanding: Has a knowledge in business processes, rules and workflows;
-Communication skills: Able to deliver all microscopy solutions;
-Customer understanding: The level of customer understanding is normal ,some experience in customer communication and maintenance;
-Networking: connected within own team with contact to other teams when needed to fulfill daily tasks;
-Leadership skills: working in team on tasks and projects with guidance;
-Knowledge sharing: Can conduct basic trainings with supervision if needed
Main Task
- Responsible for the pre-sales and after-sales support of LM and Confocal in South&West China.
- Establishing long-term customer relationships and providing technical support to customers
- Optimize customer's application process and provide efficient solution.
- Work with sales to develop the market of confocal microscopes in academic research and industry.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
