Job Title: Application Specialist - Histology

As Application Specialist – Histology you will build strong relationships with clients, design tailored applications and manage the sales strategy to meet specific business needs. You'll play a vital role in delivering solutions that enable precision diagnostics and transformative customer experiences. Working with a dynamic team, you’ll contribute to meaningful advancements in the laboratory and healthcare industries.
Location: field, Central-south ItalyThe candidate’s preferred location is Lazio or Campania.
What you will do:
+ Drive business growth by executing sales strategies and tender documentation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed defined sales goals/quotas.
+ Build strong customer relationships at all levels, from frontline staff to decision-makers, to understand their priorities and propose tailored solutions that meet current and future needs.
+ Leverage Salesforce.com to regularly review customer segmentation, track opportunities, and provide actionable insights to enhance customer interaction and maximize sales potential.
+ Develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals, including detailed sales strategies and demonstrations, to secure new business opportunities and build trust with clients.
+ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design custom applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend innovative improvements to meet unique business needs.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction by establishing reference sites for key products, progressing high-level sales opportunities, and providing ongoing support for a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Proven successful sales experience in anatomic pathology market is required.
+ Technical qualification, HND, Degree, or equivalent in a scientific field such as Laboratory Medicine, Biology, or Biotechnology is required.
+ Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
+ Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
+ Clean driving license and the ability to travel 90% within Central South Italy with occasional European travel.
