This position reports to the Head of Customer Service Diagnostic Imaging & Advanced Therapy Application Team. 

Role location primarily within Jutland/Fyn; however, travel throughout Denmark may be required on occasion.

As an Application Specialist, you will act as clinical and technical expert for our portfolio of PET/CT and SPECT/CT scanners. Your role will involve training users of our systems throughout the country, making your experience and passion for teaching essential for your success in this position.

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

Providing on-site clinical application training to users of equipment within the Molecular Imaging (MI) modality area.Delivering ongoing application support, as a trusted advisor to customers, throughout the equipment lifecycle.Maintaining strong post-sales relationships and developing long-term customer partnerships.Continuously enhancing and expanding our network of thought leaders in the MI customer segment.Highlighting the unique benefits of system configurations based on customer clinical needs.Supporting exhibitions, workshops, show sites, and customer visits.Driving the digital transformation of application training, with blended learning as a key component.

Your expertise: 

A higher education background in medicine, biomedical engineering, medical physics, radiography, bioanalytic or nursing is an advantage.Clinical experience with PET/CT and SPECT/CT systems essential.Proven experience with Siemens PET/CT and SPECT/CT systems is an advantage.Strong communication skills in presenting clinical and technical solutions.Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Adept at building and maintaining relationships.Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.A team player who excels at networking and collaboration within a large organization.Willing to take responsibility, including for your own learning, and unafraid to ask questions.
