Application Specialist - SPMS

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with Property Management systems (as an end-user or administrator) is an advantage. 1+ years of Hospitality Management experience (preferably in Cruise Ship Operations) with a good understanding of on-board cruise operations, especially in accounting, first purser, chief purser, or IT officer roles. Several years of consulting and/or customer support experience for software applications with a strong IT background and the ability to understand complex IT systems and networking. Experience with database analysis, administration, and troubleshooting, as well as creating SQL scripts and queries, is an advantage. Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating at all levels of client organizations. A self-driven, positive, energetic, and results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a multi-national and global team. Weekend support rotated among the team, estimated 1 weekend per 2 months. Position is REMOTE with access to an office for hardware  integration efforts.
