This position provides Remote Deployment Administration and support for our Application, H/W, S/W, Network, DICOM, etc. to maintain the customers' McKesson Cardiology system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnosing software and hardware malfunctions as well as troubleshooting network problems relating to the system Providing remote systems administration to customer sites Providing remote software support and analysis to customers Performing proactive system maintenance check to ensure proper system functionality Following up on support issues proactively to provide timely updates and resolutions to customers Maintaining a highly professional and customer centric focus Providing ongoing product feedback to engineering and product development teams Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships Participate in various projects Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). 4+ years of hands-on IT experience 2+ years of experience in system administration/ technical support environment 2+ years of solid understanding of enterprise system administration 2+ years of experience in SQL and Database Administration 3+ years in Service Desk 2+ years of experience administering Windows operating systems Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routing Proven excellent customer service skills Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven highly developed organizational skills and time management ability Proven ability to thrive in working in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and demonstrate flexibility Proven self-starter and team player with exceptional commitment to providing superior proactive customer service Proven ability to learn quickly in a high pace, challenging environmentAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
