**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Work directly with customers and internal users to provide solutions for Syncade applications. + Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for support issues related to Syncade software, hardware setup and configuration, and network setup and configuration. + Review and improve existing Advanced Services procedures. + Design and develop virtual machines infrastructures for customers using either VMWare or Hyper-V. + Diagnose and troubleshoot support issues on live production environments. + Communicate and deploy solutions on live systems critical to business operations. + Develop plans/strategies for future Syncade system migration/upgrades. + Support the sales organization for the generation of customer proposals. + Build & Manage Cloud infrastructures for customers. **Who you are:** You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You evaluate pros and cons, risks and benefits of different solution options. You anticipate the impact of emerging technologies and make necessary adjustments **For This Role, You Will Need :** + BE in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems with at least 3 years of related experience, + Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in hardware, networking, and experience with performing system migrations/upgrades in a Microsoft Windows environment, Clouds and Linux + Be able and willing to learn new technologies to meet the needs of the organization. + Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical and customer issues and queries. + Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations. + Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities. + Possess strong analytical skills. + Ability to devise solutions to problems independently. + Excellent problem-solving skills + Excellent oral & written communication skills. + Candidate must be able to communicate complex technical issues and solutions to a variety of audiences in both written and oral communication. **Preferred education, experience & skills:** + Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent + Good knowledge in various database software like SQL Server, Configuration, MongoDB + Knowledge of Crystal Reports, Scripting, IIS is a plus. + Experience with SQL Server Databases, configuration, Clusters, AlwaysON, database upgrades/Migrations, profiler tracing, and generation of queries is desired. + Knowledge of Network Administration, Active Directory, Crystal Reports, IIS, Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper-V), Storage Systems, Cloud (Azure & AWS) are desirable skills for this position, scripting, backup systems, and PowerShell is desired. + Project execution experience is a plus. **Our Offer to You:** By joining Emerson, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference through the work you do.
