ResponsibilitiesWe have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join our Berkley One team! Reporting to the Technical Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued smooth operation of our Berkley One's internal and external facing applications. This role combines Systems & Data Analysis, System Administration, and Customer Support enabling the right candidate to address a multitude of keep-the-lights-on (KTLO) and production support requests.
This position can be based in our offices in either: Morristown, NJ or Wilmington, DE

Key functions include but are not limited to:
Serve as the initial point of contact for issues regarding internal and externally facing applications including customer portals and policy & claim administration systems; perform analysis on reported issues, resolve where possible, and escalate when necessaryManage daily KTLO activities such as executing and monitoring data migration and financial reporting batch jobs; identifying and resolving any issues should they occurAdminister new partners in the Berkley One application environment, managing permissions and resolving access issuesPerform business analysis and document requirements for system enhancements that reduce production support, increase efficiency, or eliminate expense; engage in testing to ensure quality delivery of these enhancementsProactively identify and communicate system or sub-system tot he appropriate audience; coordinate recovery activities and provide continuous updates until resolvedQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Systems Engineering or 2+ years of applicable IT support analysis/service desk experienceSQL and data analysis skillsExperience with work management/ticketing solutions (ex.
