Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Application Support Analyst in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and supporting various technology systems that are crucial for our operations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, addressing technical issues, and ensuring the smooth running of our systems. Responsibilities: • Lead the installation, support, and maintenance of various technological systems. • Provide technical support for the E911 system, including circuits, call answering, and recording equipment. • Serve as the primary contact for configuration and support issues across all technology systems. • Assist with the maintenance of hardware and software infrastructure for the Public Safety Radio System. • Contribute to the creation of technical and operational procedures and policies. • Play a crucial role in lifecycle planning to enhance system performance and anticipate future trends and operational needs. • Maintain an inventory of technology and equipment, ensuring their effective utilization. • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new or updated technology components. • Engage in the budgeting process by recommending technological investments. • Employ SQL, software/hardware troubleshooting, and enterprise-level application support skills to maintain system efficiency.
