Troubleshoot system and data issues, write and execute TSQL queries, and contribute to system enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and help guide the development of new software implementations. Write and develop X++ code to customize, enhance, and integrate systems within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Design and execute manual and automated tests, ensuring code stability and system functionality. Maintain clear documentation of processes, release notes, and test case results. 🔍 Who We’re Looking For: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to evolving challenges. You have at least one year of application support experience and a strong understanding of system administration. You’re comfortable working with code (specifically X++), databases, file systems, and integrations. You’re a proactive communicator, keeping teams informed of deadlines, status updates, and solutions. A general understanding of financial tools or ERP systems is a plus.
