Manager description:
The Application Analyst will configure software for their proprietary systems. Customer made a shift from Ticket Pro to L360 which is a mobile app supporting 10k locators that they use with their phones. Ticket Pro is "the brain" of the system. They will work with 2 different pieces of SW, one that directly has configuration for the mobile app, which is L360 and then Ticket Pro, which is the source of knowledge for everything, so any data being changed and input has to be done in both places. There will be a lot of configuration work and inputting a lot of data. Need an eye for detail in this role. This person will be trained with the systems. Troubleshooting and technical documentation.

An Applications Support Analyst will be a part of our IT Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT systems, making
configuration changes, handling escalations from systems support, as well as gathering requirements, and submitting development requests. The Systems Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production software and will work
closely with both technical and non-technical team members.
Key Responsibilities
· Configuration Changes: Implement and manage configuration changes to software
and systems as per business requirements.
· Ensure system configurations align with organizational policies and change
management procedures. Escalation Handling: Act as a point of escalation for complex
issues from the helpdesk team.
· Provide advanced technical support and guidance to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner. Submit configuration or development requests as necessary to resolve escalated issues. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and product development to gather and analyze requirements for configuration changes. Documentation and Reporting: Document system configurations, procedures, and
changes.
· Prepare reports on KPIs such as system performance, issues, and resolution metrics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
They don't need someone with a lot of experience as they will be trained. Should this position ultimately convert full time, the pay would be 50-60k with full benefits. They should plan to start working onsite daily but there could be flexibility in the future for one or two remote days.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
