We strive to be an employer of choice! **_Responsibilities/Qualifications_** + Experiencesupporting and troubleshooting production web, SaaS, Cloud orserver/client applications. + Experienceor education in developing applications, websites or cloud services. + Excellentunderstanding of Cloud Computing concepts. + Experiencein utilizing, managing, and configuring build and release pipelines forcode deployment and promotion between environments including production(cloud and on-prem). + Experiencewith managing, troubleshooting, and deploying applications to Platform asa Service Cloud environments (Azure preferred). + Experiencewith creating, utilizing, troubleshooting, and integrating REST APIsbetween different applications, or exposing one for use by an externalcaller. + Strongunderstanding of authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA),especially as relates to operational support of production applicationsand their integrations. + Experienceand understanding of application monitoring concepts. How, where, when toapply alerts, monitoring tools, and log ingestion and management. + Experiencemanaging, renewing, and applying public SSL/TLS certificates to internaland external applications. Understanding of different X.509 certificateformats, their purposes, and their use cases. + Experienceworking within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Understand bestpractices for maintaining a healthy production environment. + Applicationoperational triage, troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance/support, andcustomer engagement for critical business services. + Experienceand/or knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python,etc. (PowerShell preferred). + Experiencewith or exposure to developing and operating with Object OrientedDevelopment/Programming (OOD/OOP) languages and frameworks (C#, .NETpreferred). + Knowledgeand understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL. + Abilityto analyze existing processes, support models, monitoring, automation andtools, with the goal of identifying gaps and opportunities forenhancements or automated triggers, alerts, and remediation opportunities. + Abilityto lead and manage high-priority incident bridges and triage calls andhandle communication with non-technical leadership. + Excellentproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to quickly skill upand apply prior knowledge to resolve complex issues in any technicalplatform. + Passionand drive to constantly innovate and improve personal technical skills aswell as to improve the skills of the team.
