Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms like Openshift CaaS.  Hands-on experience with Kubernetes consoles and cluster management within an on-prem CaaS environment is required. DevOps: Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, or similar).  Ability to maintain scripts to manage deployments. Database Management: Experience with PostgreSQL. Messaging Systems: Experience with messaging systems such as MQTT or Kafka. Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Grafana. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Collaboration & Communication: Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform). Scripting proficiency (Bash, Python, Java, or Go). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
